Site Assessment

A preliminary site assessment will record current site conditions and utility services available at the time of the assessment e.g. the location of power pit, legal point of discharge, Telstra pit, sewer pit, fences, footpaths kerbing etc.

We will also identify adjoining site features such as building offset and setbacks in the assessment. We provide preliminary site assessments for prospective purchasers and/or builders to identify the critical site conditions that will assist with the building design process.
